Product Manager (NPD - Fast Growth Brand)

A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and highly skilled product development professional who has a love of all things healthy. The successful candidate will have a first class understanding of delivering a market-leading NPD / EPD pipeline. This role is a pivotal position which will involve closely working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to successfully develop first class enjoyable healthy products to market, enabling future growth of the business.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> <strong>The Role.</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Deliver a market-leading NPD / EPD pipeline, and help shape the product briefs, co-ordinate panels, create samples and arrange consumer research&nbsp;</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Support the Stage &amp; Gate process by working / co-ordinating the information cross functionally to ensure delivery of the critical path</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Develop and manage new product documentations</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Develop relationship with key customers and copackers</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Deliver best in class ideation and formulations within the commercial framework&nbsp;</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Monitor the UK and overseas market to identify category and product trends</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Person.</strong></p> <ul> <li>A passion for high quality, healthy food</li> <li>Degree educated in relevant discipline e.g. Food Science, Nutrition</li> <li>Prior Development and Project Management experience within FMCG</li> <li>Experience of working with factories, and with co-manufacturers</li> <li>Pro-active, organised, creative and solutions focused mindset</li> <li>Excellent communicator, project management and multi-tasking; thrives in a fast paced environment</li> </ul> <p>To apply, please e-mail in strict confidence, with your CV, including salary details, quoting the above reference and for the attention of James Constable to jamesc@cparecruitment.com.</p> <p>Due to a high volume of responses, we cannot reply to each application individually.
