Line Leader

Our client is an ever-expanding food manufacturer who are looking to hire a Line Leader to work Monday - Friday on the night shift in their packing department. Reporting into the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will take ownership of Health & Safety, guarantee KPIs are met and oversee the staff in their team, ensuring there is operational cover at all times.

Food manufacturing experience is desired but not essential - our client is more concerned with hiring someone with a get up and go attitude who is proactive and always prides themselves on their high standard of work. You must also live within 30 miles of the site.
