THE TECHNICAL COORDINATOR ROLE

We're looking for a genuine all-rounder who can help support the growth of the business through first class technical support, helping to ensure customers have the required technical information to make the company's products are first choice for a wide range of applications.



You will help to build the company reputation for first quality, ethically sourced products.

When fully trained you will visit customer premises for audit purposes.-potentially worldwide.Support the introduction of a fully integrated BRC compliance regimeVetting new ingredient supply sources - ensuring that all suppliers deliver food ingredients which are top quality, safe and meet all legal requirements Ensuring suppliers have appropriate systems in place ie ingredient specifications/ HACCP/traceability.Maintenance of supporting food ingredient documentation - supplier certifications such as - BRC / IFS, organic certificates, audit reports, analysis records.You will be a senior member of the Technical team



THE CANDIDATE

We're looking for an adaptable graduate with food industry experience. Someone one hands on who can grow into and excellent opportunity, who's not afraid to take on new challenges. You will be qualified to degree level in a relevant subject You will be able to manage your own workload/client base so will be organised, effective and customer focussed.Excellent communication skills are a must, coupled with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and customers.As you would expect in a ground floor business we need someone who is prepared to go the extra mile! Would be great for some who is enthusiastic about natural products and fair-trade goods.You'll need enthusiasm, a real belief in yourself , the business and your suppliers and customers goals
