Our client is a successful company in the FMCG sector and is now looking for a talented Packing & Warehouse Manager to join them.

To ensure that their area of responsibility, (packing & warehouse) operate to the highest standards in line with business goals, objectives and values. Delivering support to the operation and facilitating activities in order to maintain technical standards and challenge the status quo. Striving for manufacturing excellence through people, plant and process maintaining customer satisfaction and service

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a Packing / Warehouse Manager position in the FMCG sector.
* Proactive rather than reactive to resolve issues from arising.
* Demonstrate experience with Continuous Improvement
* Strong communication and leadership skills to build a strong rapport with your team and deliver a high level of performance.
