We're working on behalf of one of the UK's fastest growing businesses, in the search for a world class continuous improvement professional to lead their CI function. Within this role you will receive the autonomy and flexibility to create your own role, developing strategy and team structure to ensure a best in class operation. As Head of Continuous Improvement you'll be responsible for creating a high-performance team that consistently improves across people, process and technology, you'll be driving decisions at C suite level and building site operating models, ensuring successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high growth environment, with a solid background in continuous improvement, gained within a FMCG environment. You will preferably have experience of building a new team and be certified in lean methodologies; six sigma or equivalent. Above all you will need to be articulate with the ability to influence and build relationships across all functions and levels of a business. This is a multi-site role, working remotely from home, flexibility to travel is essential.
