Operations GM - £65,000 to £70,000 plus Benefits 

We have an incredible opportunity to join an ambitious and growing added value produce supplier based in Cambridgeshire as their Operations GM. They are well-established and are considered an industry leader within the sector. As well as this there’s fantastic scope for your own personal progression.

They are looking for the successful candidate to be a strong leader who is a positive and influential communicator. They will be performance and team focused, as well as having the leadership capacity to deal with complexity and change. They will be responsible for Supply Chain, Engineering, Production and Hygiene.

To be successful in this position, you will need the following:

• Strong experienced within a Produce/Fresh Chilled/Short Shelf-Life Environment 
• Demonstrable experience utilising CI to achieve savings 
• Strong experience with Own Label products
• Experience working with the Major Retailers
