Within this newly created role you will be responsible for improving performance, standards and costs across processes, people and technology within an established fulfilment centre based in South Lincolnshire. You will be tasked with establishing a new CI team and leading initiatives across the site whilst championing a continuous improvement culture.
The stand out candidate we're looking for will be an experienced CI professional who can communicate effectively across all levels and functions, easily building engagement without jargon. You'll ideally have a background from FMCG, ecommerce or consumer goods industries with an analytical, data driven approach to problem solving. A strong profile of broad project management techniques with be essential, ideally supported with lean certification such as six sigma, or similar. Above all you will need the energy and passion to think big and deliver within a fast paced environment that brings out the best in people.
