Warehouse Team Leader

I am working with a fantastic business based in Wiltshire who are looking to hire a Warehouse Team Leader to join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis. This business are passionate about producing natural, delicious products made from locally sourced ingredients.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Warehouse staff, the allocation of their work and ensuring customer order requirements are met. You will liaise with other departments and communicate with people at all levels of seniority to ensure all schedules are met.

This business pride themselves on being a friendly and welcoming workplace where everyone shares the same goal, so this is an excellent opportunity to join a great team. This is a Monday - Friday days role and I am looking to speak to someone who has previous experience leading a medium-sized Warehouse team in an FMCG environment, preferably working with food. You must also hold a current licence to drive Fork Lift Trucks Counter Balance.
