This award winning start-up brand has just moved into their new manufacturing site and is looking to strengthen their team with a Production Chef.

The Role

Working as part of a small and passionate business you will be an integral part of the team, taking responsibility for producing a range of amazing products in this bespoke manufacturing site.  You will use your knowledge of food production to ensure recipes are replicated perfectly as well as to the highest standards of quality and food safety. You’ll help review and evaluate production procedures, implementing changes to enhance product efficiency, consistency and quality.

The Person

This is the perfect challenge for an enthusiastic and driven Chef who has previous experience of small batch food manufacturing where you have gained a strong knowledge of production management.

You’ll need to be a foodie who can excel in a fast paced environment but still maintain exemplary standards of quality and take real pride in your work.
