As Shift Manager, you will over see the production of the businesses products. You will bring a determined, methodical, efficient and scientific mentality and mind-set to the role. You will drive standards throughout the team, bringing a proven track record in this type of business and driving the business forward in its processes.
The Ideal Candidate
As mentioned, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Medical industries. the candidate ideally comes from a scientific background, showing a methodical, process-driven way of working, with an incredible eye for detail, precision and quality.
