The Company

This is an exciting chance to work for a rapidly growing food brand with health at the top of their agenda, who are making waves across numerous categories. They are seeking a proactive and super-organised Business Administration Manager to make their mark on a growing international business.

The Role

This is a really diverse position where you will ensure that the office runs efficiently and contribute to strengthening the business. You’ll report directly into the Finance Director.

As an experienced Business Administration Manager, you will take a leading position in managing all administrative processes at our central London office whilst providing support to the Product Team with sample send outs, ordering stocks and packaging.

In addition, you’ll manage all queries from customers in a timely manner and you’ll be responsible for keeping the customer complaints tracker up to date.

You will be an excellent all-rounder with a main focus on business administration, IT support as well as events planning, working in collaboration with Brand Managers.

The Person

We are looking for a pro-active, organised and responsive candidate with at least 3 years’ experience in an office management role, ideally within FMCG/SME.  

You will need excellent communication, stakeholder management, planning and organisational skills along with the ability to make a positive impact with dynamic teams. In addition you’ll be adept at managing multiple projects, be detail conscious and have a structured approach in order to keep up with the pace of this role.
