Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a fast-growing food business in a newly created role.

As Production Manager of this brand new site you will take ownership of ensuring the smooth running of the production facility with product quality and customer satisfaction at the core of all you do.

People and Process: You will have efficient, strategic processes in place whilst leading the team in a fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of product quality, food safety, health and safety and dispatch.

You will be an influential leader, coaching and mentoring where required and have a working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, always looking for ways to improve process and the business.

To be considered for this role you will have lots of food operations experience and must be a strong communicator with experience working with cross functional teams and third parties such as couriers and supply chain.

My client is looking for a hardworking and driven individual who can handle fast growth and high pressure.
