Facilities Manager

Our client is has been established in Leicester for over 100 years and as a result of retirement they are now looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee the running of the site.
The facility operates Monday through Saturday mostly from midnight and this role will be to ensure that all facilities, such as Security, Health and Safety and maintenance are carried out in a timely fashion.
The role will involve flexible working as the site needs managing from midnight to midday and this will be carried out in conjunction with the Assistant Manager on a rolling basis.
Accountabilities;
*Manage the day-to-day security for the site ensuring all areas are regularly patrolled and all tenants, employees and customers operate in a safe manner whilst on site.
*Ensure all vehicles delivering operate in a safe manner in accordance with the safe systems of work.
*Ensure the facility is adequately resourced to provide a safe working environment for all customers, employees, and tenants.
*Manage and monitor, the completion and maintenance of all records, daily, weekly, periodically appertaining to the security and site operations.
*Oversee the site tenants, ensuring lease arrangements are maintained and kept up to date.
*Seek opportunities to introduce new site tenants when units become available.
*Guide and advise the current tenants and customers to enable them to follow regulations.
*Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure of the site within budget.
*Maintain and enhance the Company brand by collaborating with customers, suppliers, local council and employees.
*Contribute to the development of the company's vision, values, and aims and to abide by agreed professional behaviour and attitudes.
*Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
