About Our Client

We are working with a market-leading packer, that packs a variety of fruit for UK retailers. They are recruiting for a Quality Supervisor / Quality team leader to lead the quality team. They are a fantastic business and are certainly expanding, so it is an exciting time to join the team.



About the Job

As Quality Supervisor you will report to the Quality Manager and you will manage the QC team, including job allocations, holiday and absence management. You will attend the daily operations meeting and feedback to the team on quality issues, you will manage the quality teams KPI's, you will ensure that all product specifications are correct. You will deputise for the Quality Manager when required.

The Ideal Candidate

This will suit a fresh produce QC \ QA with a proven experience of managing a team. Ideally, you will be working within a fresh produce environment, and have experience working with citrus and grapes. You must be strong decision-maker. Excellent communication at all levels. Able to manage and work effectively within a busy team. Good IT skills.

Full driving licence and car.
