S&OP Planner - Master Data Lead

The Company

Our client is a successful food business within the chilled arena, working tirelessly to produce consistently high quality, innovative products for major retail customers. With their passion for people and delivering industry leading performance, they are now seeking a S&OP Planner- Master Data Lead to execute the organisation's sales and operations planning strategy.

The Role

Reporting directly into the S&OP Manager, you will combine your analytical capability with your ability to understand and navigate information systems with master data. You’ll interact daily with various systems to transform, improve and integrate data, depending on business requirements.

You’ll work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support them through various process and system improvements. You will analyse data which provides insight on KPIs resulting in actions taken within the business.

In addition, you will have working knowledge of planning procedures and provide support to the S&OP Planners when needed.

The Person

You’ll have built experience on ERP systems, ideally within FMCG. You will be a collaborative team player, have strong analytical skills and have a problem- solving aptitude with a thirst for attention to detail. If you have a passion for analysing data, creating reports and being responsible for having an impact on the way the business operates, this role is for you.
