Our client is a big player in the FMCG sector and is looking for an accomplished Logistics Manager to join them. This is a impressive operation involving moving perishable goods daily and offers rewards and progression for hard work.

This person will manage all of the warehousing and logistics resources on site, maintaining a safe and healthy environment to consistently deliver both short and long-term warehouse and logistics targets on time and within budget. They will also support the World Class manufacturing ethos across the site, embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team to beat the cost of goods and departmental revenue streams as targeted in the site budgets.

Ideal Candidate

We are therefore looking for an experienced logistics professional who is experienced in a Logistics Manager's role in a company providing short shelf-life food products. Excellent customer service skills are also required to build and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
