Production Shift Manager

A position has become available for a Production Shift Manager to join a market leading food manufacturing business based in Leicestershire. This position is perfect for a manager who leads by example and has a passion for developing teams to help them reach their full potential.

As Production Shift Manager you will take a continuous improvement focussed approach to all tasks, having full people management responsibility for the staff on your shift and ensuring all production targets are met. You will consistently deliver high standards of work and high quality of product.

To be considered for this role, you must have several years' experience at the same level role within a food manufacturing or processing business. This job is not going to be suitable for a manager looking to spend most of their time off the shop floor, so a hands-on approach is essential. You must also be a driven and inspirational team leader who can motivate those around you.

You will currently be in a Production Area Manager / Shift Manager / Operations Leader / Supervisor / Manager role and be within reasonable commuting distance from site.
