An impressive market leading FMCG company they are looking for an accomplished Continuous Improvement Engineer to join them. You will be a key cog in delivering its performance improvement programme and bring measurable and sustainable improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery.

Working as part of the CI team in a large manufacturing and packaging facility, you will spend 50% of your time as a Lean coach and facilitator, developing a positive CI culture across the site. This includes supporting project leaders to execute their CI project priorities as well as supporting the business to identify and prioritise further opportunities for improvement.

The other main focus of the role will be to act as a project leader managing a series of improvement projects across all areas of operations, adhering to the site's CI governance process.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
*Lean Six Sigma to green belt or equivalent
*Previous experience in delivering training to Lean standards.
*Previous experience in a CI environment to include stakeholder management and CI workshop facilitation
*Ability to implement Lean Principles and develop a KPI driven culture
*Computer literate in a variety of packages including Microsoft suite
*Demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills across the business
