Our client has a massive project on over the next 12 months as they assess new products that are to be launched for Christmas.
As a result they require an individual with an understanding of food safety and hygiene standards who can manage the assessment of new products to ensure they meet the approved specifications prior to authorised launch across the UK retailers.
You will be happy working as an individual as much as part of a team and be comfortable recording the results of your work to present to senior managers regarding the quality and specifications of the products you are working with.
Successful applicants will have at least one years’ experience working within a development kitchen environment, ideally a degree in food science or nutrition, but MUST have a passion to meet customer needs and excel at achieving great results through a team.
