Quality Team Leader/Supervisor

Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams, you will need experience ideally across citrus and grape product ranges. Your high standards, great communication skills and the ability to motivate your team to deliver outstanding quality products to our customers will make you a success in this role.

Quality Trainer

This is a new role in the business, offering the chance to really make your mark. Ideally you're already delivering training in a Quality environment, even better if your product knowledge extends to citrus fruit products. Owning the training manual and validation process for the site, you will enjoy coaching and mentoring teams, delivering a bespoke training programme to optimise results.

There are two opportunities for experienced a Quality Team Leader/Supervisor and a Quality Trainer with experience ideally across citrus and grape product ranges. Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams, both roles require strong communication skills and attention to detail to achieve results and hit KPI targets.

As both roles will work closely with the Quality and Technical Managers this will create opportunities for your own development, learning from some of the best in the business.
