This privately owned chilled food business supplies amazing products for the UK major multiples with branded and own label products. To support their continued market success they are now looking for an Concept Technologist Administrator.
You’ll be part of a large innovations team where you will be supporting them with NPD projects and managing the documentation at each stage of the product development process.
Key aspects of the role will include managing NPD documentation, collating feedback from taste panels, sample requests, carrying out benchmarking and competitor analysis. You will also liaise with suppliers and the buying team to ensure all raw materials are suitable for use in recipe development. Managing internal quality benchmarking sessions to monitor existing product quality will also be a part of the role.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who has a passion for food and an eagle eye for detail. You must also have great communication skills coupled with the initiative to effectively prioritise and manage your own workload.
Would suit a food graduate looking for their first step into NPD who wants to be part of a team and learn all aspects of concept development. Some experience within NPD from a placement or internship would be desirable.
