This is a new role within a new site, providing you with the opportunity to make the role your own, you will be setting standards and growing a team which will be responsible for ensuring the facilities, such as electrical distribution, fire detection and sprinklers are maintained to the highest standards. You'll find a big site with a fast pace of working, where you will use your coaching and mentoring leadership style to continually inspire and engage across all levels of the business.
We're looking for someone who is qualified in both electrical and mechanical practices, with an electrical bias certified to 18th edition. You will need extensive knowledge and experience of associated facilities with competency in ammonia. It is important to have a positive leadership style, ideally with experience of growing teams. Above all you will need energy and enthusiasm to consistently achieve.
