- The point of contact for the customer technical representative (major retailers / food service / B2B) – we function as a central technical function covering several sites.
- Attend customer visits of supplying sites (approval/ 1st prod / general) and co-ordinate the response to any actions arising from visit.
- Ensure all factories have the relevant accreditation (BRC, Organic) and maintain a “library” of certificates and reports/non-conformances.
- Responsibility to ensure consistent communication and an effective relationship with customers.
- Culture fit is key within this business. Outgoing, confident and willingness to stand on your own two feet when necessary.
- Previous experience working within a technical team within a food environment.
- Exposure to customer facing roles.
- Examples of TMS you have previously used.
- Excellent written and spoken English, multilingual would be a benefit.
- There are future opportunities for travel within the UK and Europe.
- Supplies B2B, food service, hospitality, and all major retailers.
- BRC Grade AA.
