Assistant Harvesting Manager

I am working with a fantastic Fresh Produce business who are looking to hire an Assistant Harvesting Manager at their farm in East Anglia. This is a hands-on role and will be perfect for someone with experience of managing large teams within a fresh produce environment.

This position will be deputising for the Harvesting Manager in the process of field and plant preparation, including the delivery of appropriate farm services on a planned process throughout the year to ensure the highest quality of product. This is a fast-paced job, working a variety of shift patterns during the peak fresh produce season and will suit someone who can oversee large teams with great communication skills.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within fresh produce, preferably working in a peak season. You will be a dedicated and passionate individual who understands the flexibility and demands needed for this kind of role.
