To be successful, it is essential that you have a food manufacturing background and you are able to demonstrate a good understanding of food safety, health and safety, quality, etc.

You will take a hands on approach on the factory floor, leading by example and getting stuck into the action. A previous background within leadership is crucial to be successful with this site and you will have a strong track record of success and be able to give examples of thriving and overcoming challenges within a fast paced environment.
