Job Role:Brand Manager - 12 Month FTC
12 Months Maternity Cover
This is a really exciting role to be Brand Manager for a well known food brand. Our client is part of a major international food group and they are successful brand in the retail markets.
Due to maternity leave, they are now looking for a Brand Manager to help further develop their leading brand and grow the business further.
Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, the business structure however remains lean and fast so your attitude and approach to work are key. The company and role will not suit an ivory tower marketer; this is somewhere to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
Managing the brand activation with shoppers and the communication with the commercial team your challenge will be to develop growth and analysis of ROI and activation strategy- working close in conjunction with the company's major customers and markets you will be the marketing commercial link on promotional activity and activation.
This is a role for a marketer who is passionate about brands; a marketer who understands the importance of authenticity of the brand and product quality to attracting and retaining consumer interest and engagement.
Our ideal candidate
Probably a graduate, you will have worked within FMCG branding whether the for a manufacturer or even an agency supporting manufacturers. You may even be an assistant brand manager looking to take that next step.
This is a dynamic and successful business and this role will be challenging and demanding and so will enable the right candidate to develop their marketing and commercial skills.
The role will be based in Staffordshire with some flex on home working, so if you are a little further away still apply.
Although it may be a maternity cover this will be fantastic exposure for a marketer and a great opportunity with a lovely brand.
