Due to growth, we're hiring a new Fieldwork Manager, reporting into the MD of this FMCG Research Agency. They are food specialists, partnering with market leading brand names from convenience foods, restaurants, QSRs, as well as food manufacturers in the Grocery Retail sector. Carrying out fully retained projects and sensory taste panels, you'll work with Qual specialists, Research Managers and a Research Exec. Whilst you also manage the fieldwork teams and build panels and consumer communities.
You'll be working remotely, but spending time in the new Manchester hub, as you form part of the Operational Team and will manage the day to day running of the field work and project management. You will play a key role in the future development of the business, particularly through introducing and implementing processes, developing the fieldwork offer as well as training and developing the team on project management skills.
Your primary focus will be to manage two of the largest accounts, being the main point of contact for all their needs as Fieldwork Manager. The role will involve project managing all the elements of the research program for these clients as well as delivering on the recruitment strategy. Creating proposals for clients delivering results through slick, well informed presentations.
You'll already have 3-5 years Research Management experience within FMCG, consumer led businesses. Ideally, you will have a quantitative bias/strength and a track record of developing fieldwork capabilities. The role requires you to be a self-starter, have initiative and resourcefulness. This will only be beneficial to you in the long-term as you form part of an expansion plan enabling this business to carry on its exceptional growth strategy.
