Quality Manager

You will be an experienced Quality Manager with a high standards of Food Safety and Quality, at home with Quality Systems, BRC, HACCP, open to change and that mindset of being Audit Ready!

You will have UK Food Manufacturing experience, a leader of continuous improvement the ability to adapt quickly a team player and strong communication skills.

Schedule and conduct Food Safety, HACCP and Annual Managers' meetings
Overall responsibility for all tasks to maintain BRC Food Safety and third party accreditations
Manage pre-requisites for BRC including facilities, staff training and supplier approval
Key contact for customer and suppliers for quality issues
Leader of the HACCP and Food Defence Team and maintain awareness of legislation with regards to the produces
Effective management and trending of internal audits, non-conformances, investigations and close out
Management of the QMS, delivering high standards of food safety and customer service
Delivering results within a set timescale and a champion of continuous improvement

You will be forward thinking individual with an approachable manner as well as experience with audits (BRC/Halal/Kosher), QMS and a strong team player who can connect with all levels from stakeholders to customers and suppliers.
Intermediate or Advanced HACCP and a Food or Science related degree level will be desirable.
