Baker

We're looking for an experienced baker to join our busy team at The Craft Bakery, Cromer, North Norfolk.

Applicants must have knowledge of all aspects of bread production, including the use of mixers, provers, and other industrial equipment.

You will need to have experience of making tin bread, sandwich bread, baps, rolls, sourdough & enriched dough items.

The role will require you to keep on top of stock and ordering ingredients, responsibility for complying with food hygiene regulations, and be able to work under pressure during busy times of the year.

We have two busy high street bakery shops, and a large wholesale business that reaches along the North Norfolk coast and inland to surrounding villages and towns.

We have an expanding team, with three existing full time bakers, plus several more cake makers based at one of our other sites. The position is based at our industrial unit, with plenty of parking.

6 days a week (Sunday - Friday) evening shift, approximately 6-8 hours a night.

Salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
