We are currently short listing for a weekends based (Friday-Monday) role within a business with a reputation to write home about.

You will be a natural leader and be able to demonstrate experience overseeing medium sized teams within the food or drinks manufacturing industry. You will be working with a dedicated work force and you will take pride in a hands on approach of driving teams from within.

The role is fast paced and you will be exposed to working with a premium customer base. Thinking on your feet, with the support of your direct line manager, you will thrive within this environment and be results driven.

You will be a personable character and take pride in not only your own development but thrive on seeing the progress of those under your guidance.
