They are seeking a highly talented, engaging and tenacious Customer Supply Manager to help drive their brand strategy forward.
In this fast-paced and exciting role, you’ll be reporting directly into the Head of Operations, and be responsible for the short-term forecasting and demand planning process to ensure alignment with major retail customers’ forecasts. You will build strong relationships with key customers’ supply chain teams and own the S&OP process to ensure great on-shelf availability and reduce waste.
As a pivot between sales, product development and operations teams, you will play a key role in planning all promotional activities, new product launches and post-launch reviews, with the aim to always improve accuracy of forecast and pipefill.
You will develop influential relationships with current and future co-manufacturing partners to champion the highest demand planning standards, guaranteeing best-in-class customer collaboration and delivering first-to-market products, on time, in full.
We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Customer Supply Manager who has gained strong demand planning experience within a fast paced FMCG environment, ideally with chilled short shelf-life products supplied to the top 4 grocers. Previous experience working for a food brand would be advantageous.
We need a real foodie, who can develop collaborative relationships with suppliers and UK retailers. You’ll need a flexible approach where you can adapt quickly to new challenges and embrace the energy within an entrepreneurial, pacey business.
You’ll also need to have stunning project management skills, and be highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and find the gaps to achieve success. In addition, you will be able to use your varied experience and skills to strategically influence the business, challenging existing practices, creating tools/process improvements and providing solutions to deliver outstanding results.
