About the Job

This is a new position within the business that will play an absolutely critical part in building a robust and strong team structure to continue the strategic plans of the business. You will lead the Distribution department which includes Customer services, Despatch and Logistics. You will guide your team to ensure the Company delivers our product to the customer in the most efficient way.

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you have experience in arranging transport for import/export on an international level. Ideally wiith a proven track record of leadership within either a food, fresh produce or agricultural organisation.
