Hygiene can often be pushed down the priority list when the pressure is on. Not so with one of the leaders in high care chilled food manufacturing. The reason they supply all the major retailers are down to uncompromising food safety, hygiene and quality standards.

The role of Hygiene Manager is often overlooked. It takes strength of character, a calm approach and meticulous standards to do the job well. Here you will be a valued senior member of the site, working closely with a highly-respected Technical Manager, having a manager who is on-side can make all the difference.

Looking to the future, when you're ready for something bigger, a multi-site group role is a strong possibility; there are multiple sites in close proximity.

Taking the lead on all aspects of Hygiene, Micro and SHE standards, you know good practice works hand-in-hand with Technical and depends on a fully accountable team - in this case 25+, so great people leadership skills are a must. Your experience will include chilled food manufacturing with depth of understanding around Listeria management.
