The role

Kitchen Operator - manufactures products, Support in the action of Kitchen Supervisor and Team Leader. The successful candidates must meet the highest standards set by Panesar Foods and Company's clients. Process (Kitchen) Operators ensure that operation in the kitchen is smooth and on track, the products being produced under their supervision meet all specifications, and carry out inspections of all key process points to identify something abnormal and inform superiors about problems. Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points, facilizing corrections to malfunctions within process control points, and implementing cost reduction. These positions optimize processing performance and aid in achieving world-class standards. Responsible for ensuring all work conforms to the processes and procedures of the ‘Quality Management System’ and ‘Health and Safety Management System’ (SHE). As a Process Operator, you must be able to work flexible hours. PPE use all-time with company procedure H&S. Recording traceability - all ingredients before start production, inform Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Team Leader about problems.
