I am looking for a talented Patisserie and Dessert Chef who has a proven track record working on this category. You will need to have prior experience in a development or have extensive training as Pastry Chef and worked in excellent professional kitchens.
As a Development Chef, you will be developing existing recipes, providing innovation on new projects, offering food leadership and pushing boundaries on conventional food development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, you will need be creative, innovative and able to perform under pressure. You will have excellent project management & presentation skills and ability to lead others.
You will of come from a strong high level restaurant background and had the relevant training qualifications, then moved into a development role working across categories.
You will work closely with customers to bring brand new concepts to the table. In this exciting and challenging role you'll be instrumental in delivering innovative concepts. You will be researching products, brainstorming new ideas, creating, presenting & cooking new concepts for customers.
