Job Details
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Automation Engineer on behalf of one of the UK's top food companies.
Ideally, you will be fully conversant with Siemens S7, TIA Portal and Control Logix, have previous food / FMCG experience and be familiar with robotics.
Responsibilities will include: providing technical support to on-site electricians; delivering a proactive response to breakdowns; providing software and network support to engineering colleagues and ensuring continuity of production at all times while driving improvements and reliability across the site.
The position entails 12-hour day shifts and is offering a competitive salary, annual leave, pension, medical benefits and discounts at major retailers.
