Operations Manager (Supply Chain)

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to work for a small but rapidly growing branded manufacturer of innovative, natural products, with a strong commitment to customer care, research & development, and environment & sustainability.

We are looking for a commercially minded problem solver who has the desire to improve things, to join a dynamic operations team and directly contribute to the success and growth of the business.
This cross-functional position will give you a true end-to-end view of the entire Supply Chain across multiple brands and products. You are obsessed with attention to detail and can take ownership and question current processes and procedures in place.
- Supporting all the key supply chain processes.
- Inventory analysis and reporting.
- Planning and replenishment of ingredients and materials.
- Purchasing forecast and scheduling import and export (global).
- Supplier relationship management.
- Help with month-end close management including stock reconciliations.
- Traceability throughout the supply chain including organic import and export.
- Establishing best practice in inventory forecasting management, purchasing and material control.
This role would suit an enthusiastic and organised individual who has proven supply chain experience within the food and drink industry, working with factories and suppliers, and preferably experience in Organic process (import, export, and traceability).
You will have the ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions in line with the strategic direction of the business.
Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills are essential together with strong Excel skills.
The Operations Manager job is based in Central London and is paying £38,000.
The typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
