OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSHighly Successful businessMonday - Friday role

THE PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR will report into the Site Co-ordinator & Production Manager and will be responsible for ensuring stock levels and production capacity are at the required level to ensure outputs whilst minimising waste. Other key responsibilities will include:Creates and maintains a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet expected completion date.Liaises with sales division to determine customer requirements.Purchasing of raw ingredients and other supplies.Monitoring of stock levels and scheduling purchase orders accurately and effectively.Organises project paperwork, including purchase orders, and maintains records accurately to be effective to operations and other departments.Assisting in the day-to-day operations.


We're looking for an articulate, bright and enthusiastic candidate who is looking to start a career in Production Planning. Ideally you will come from a planning background although this is not essential. Other key attributes will include:Strong IT Skills are essential for the role - particularly in ExcelYou will be a natural communicator and will have personal qualities which include persistence and resilience to ensure successful outcomes in this demanding environment.Strong personality, self-starter with tenacity and driveAbility to meet set deadlines and flexible to work around the shift.Monitoring the usage of raw materials each day against the standard usage determined from the production forecasts
