The Company

This is a great opportunity to join a chilled food manufacturer producing pioneering ranges for the major retailers. They are now seeking a proactive Night Production Manager to join their dedicated team and help them retain their reputation for high quality products.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for successfully leading a team to ensure the company's food quality standards are met and maintained. You'll be evaluating processes and procedures, implementing improvements to ensure the site is running to maximum efficiency and capacity in the most cost effective manner. You'll also make sure your team adhere to the quality and safety policies of the company, promoting a safe working environment as well as providing support and guidance to maximise the potential of the team and the factory.

The Person

We are looking for a Production professional who has gained production line management experience within the food manufacturing industry, within a chilled, high care environment.

An understanding of technical and quality standards is essential along with excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll also have excellent people management and delegation skills gained from experience in managing a team, including the implementation of KPIs to maximise personal performance as well as overall production efficiency.
