This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a reputable food manufacturer in a Monday - Friday days-based role!
My client is going through a series of growth and is now looking for an influential Production Manager to help ensure the efficient and smooth running of their production facility.
As Production Manager you will be leading a team of up to 40 in a fast paced, high pressurised environment, responsible for ensuring compliance to all necessary legal and technical legislation, and health and safety.
As well as full production accountability, you will have control of managing the company stock systems and ensuring supply chain processes for all products are in place.
You will be a customer focused individual and have knowledge of food safety and confident in the use of HACCP and BRC principles. Ideally you will have experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
To be considered for this position, you will have been in a similar sized role before, leading teams across operations within the FMCG industry.
