Great opportunity for an Internal Talent Recruiter who is experienced in designing and delivering an agency labour strategy for a fast-paced manufacturing business.
My client is looking for an Internal Recruiter or a HR Consultant that has worked within fast-paced FMCG companies and understands the issues faced when recruiting agency labour into factories.
Working closely with the Operations Team and Senior Management Team you will use your HR and Project Management skills to define, execute and deliver an agency strategy for the business.
6-month contract (Outside IR35)
The purpose of this role is to create and implement an agency strategy for the business for the next 6-12 months. (Audit what they have, put a plan / strategy in place and drive it). To do this you will....
Define what they want - (agency volume, timelines, budget).
Forecast future hiring needs - volume/roles.
What type of candidates do they want to attract?
Employee value proposition - What the business can offer them.
Develop sourcing strategy - what have they done in the past, what works and what new methods could they use.
Refine the selection process....Design an onboarding process that sets candidates up for success. Person Spec -
You could come from a multitude of backgrounds - HR, Internal Talent Recruiter, HR Consultant, but you must have experience of direct sourcing agency labour for a manufacturing business. Go Getter.
Someone who understands labour needs and can help set up a plan.
Experience of delivering full life cycle recruitment in-house and using an application tracking system.
Understands factories, the challenges, and the opportunities.
Blue chip experience - knows what great looks like and how to create it.
