You will need to be educated to a degree level or have equivalent experience within food. This is an amazing opportunity that will suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

As Senior Development Technologist, you will oversee the delivery of projects from concept to launch, help agree timelines and commercial targets. You will identify and evaluate food trends that support the business vision and customer strategy. Manage and optimise the development process whilst coaching & developing the team to maximise their creative potential together.

You will also be the main point of contact for major retailers, so building rapport and maintaining an excellent relationship is essential.
