We are working with a successful Garden Centre chain, who are looking for a Head Chef to join their team. Our client has 4 sites across the South of England, with this role being based in Horsham in a newly developed site with a brand-new kitchen and restaurants.About the role
We are looking for an up-and-coming chef who has a proven track record for creating high quality dishes and has worked in a fast-paced kitchen. This role is based in the restaurant of a successful, high end Garden Centre so will require you to serve food throughout the day. As the centre closes at 5.30 there will be no evening hours however it will involve weekend work.The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced chef and the ability to work in a team. You will need to have strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to busy hours and changing situations. This role will also include liaising with the on-site butcher and deli to showcase in season products within the restaurant. A keen eye for detail and a passion for food is a must.How to Apply
