The phrase "no you can't" isn't often heard here, the phrase is that "dreaming big enough?' However quite often is.

This isn't a typical job advert. Much like this isn't a typical job. In the same way this isn't a typical company.

This business is at the vanguard of what they do, and this role is to help them continue to be there. So just repeating same old techniques or tricks isn't what this business is after. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't just list you a bunch of accountabilities this role will be doing.

So, if you like freedom, this Supply Chain Strategy role will offer you that. It will also offer significant growth from a parent company perspective (ten-fold growth in the last few years) alongside personal growth (this is a newly created role and there will be a number more as their sales continue).

What do you have to do? Simply put - digitalise this company's complex supply chain & then innovate new routes to market. That admittedly is a big job so they are after someone with experience from a consultancy background and who has the correct tools to use for the varying problems you will encounter.

But you won't be doing it alone, you will have a team of Supply Chain Transformers to help you implement your strategy and vision. You will also have a business that relies more on data than any other in its sector meaning decisions making processes are objective not subjective. Additionally, the LTIP is excellent.
