The serious bit

As a key member of the well-established technical and compliance team, a collaborative, inclusive culture will also see you working cross functionally with NPD, Commercial and Supply Chain - an overall understanding and appreciation of their disciplines will be a big advantage.

In addition to maintaining the QMS, as new businesses come on board, you'll devise and embed quality procedures, standards and product specifications which will need to be integrated into the Group QMS. An analytical problem-solver, you're confident around numerical and statistical analysis, with a sharp eye for detail, but also able to see the bigger picture and devise strategy where needed.
