Exciting opportunity for a Factory Manager to join a rapidly growing food business in London.

As Factory Manager you will take the lead of ensuring the smooth running of the factory taking ownership of factory Operations, Engineering, Technical, and Health and Safety. You will also play a pivotal part with several projects.

This role is all about people and process! - Creating a one team culture, ensuring effective processes are in place! You will be a strategic thinker and a natural problem solver whilst leading the team in a fast-paced factory.

You will need to have a real gravitas and be a natural born leader to be successful in this role. It will be your job to influence the team, mentoring and coaching.

My client is a forward-thinking, innovative business always looking for ways to improve and grow - as Factory Manager you will take the lead in embedding a Continuous Improvement culture across site.

To be considered for this role you will have ideally operated at this level before within the food production / FMCG industry. You will be a strong communicator with experience working with retailers and customers.

My client is looking for a highly ambitious individual who is passionate about product quality and customer service to fall in line with what this company is all about.
