Opportunity for a well-established HR Assistant to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding business within the food industry assisting in all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruitment, payroll through to exit in a fast paced environment



Key Aspects will include:Working with line managers to overcome employee relation mattersRecruiting and selection of staffDelivery of Induction ProgrammesDrafting acceptance letters and contractsCompliance checking and keeping database up to dateAssist with payroll functionLiaison with external employment agencies



Candidate Qualities:Proven history within a Human Resources rolePrevious experience within the food sector would be ideal Excellent communication skillsHighly Motivated and willing to go the extra mile
