Job Purpose

As the successful candidate you will have full autonomy for Europe’s largest Artisan factory. The newly opened factory will provide a blank canvas for an experienced hygiene manager to take ownership and drive the function forward. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to platform the highest industry standard.

As budget holder, you will have focus on areas such as hygiene staff rotas, cleaning schedules, audits, people management, and succession planning. You will have an instrumental role in implementing Finnebrogue’ s health and safety policy, carry out risk assessments, develop method statements and monitor procedures see continuous improvements. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of hygiene process and protocol, in line with Food Safety, HACCP and BRC standards/regulations.

What it takes
