The Role 

You will join as part of a close knit team leadership team where customer relationships and delivery are key measures of success.

Create and deliver a strategic development map across the UK product platform which operates in short to medium shelf products.

Inspire existing NPD and technical teams to exceed UK and European standards.

Challenge current practice to maximize existing capabilities and invigorate new thinking.

The Person

To be successful, you will have a history of working in close knit development teams using your product development experience ideally with chilled and bakery product knowledge whilst supporting commercial function create growth opportunities
