We're looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to play a significant role in improving the warehouse function of a growing FMCG business.

Their frozen dairy product is massively appealing and has gained extreme traction in the last 6 months.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in warehouse management within the FMCG or Food sector. You will thrive on improving processes and systems to increase standards and performance and will always be looking for the next improvement project.

As the Warehouse Manager you will be directing warehouse activities to ensure the efficient storage and distribution of finished products. You will have experience of managing a warehouse team as well as

inventory planning, overseeing the ordering of products, and coordinating delivery schedules with shippers and customers. The successful applicant will ensure that there is sufficient inventory, managing out-of-stock, over-stocked products and internal audits.

You will be looking for the best ways of working, ensuring you recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs where possible. In order to hit personal and business goals you will create and monitor strategic KPIs for safety, delivery, cost and quality. Monitoring warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly, safely, and that warehouse space is utilised efficiently will also be key in succeeding in this position.
